Application Process

Step 1

Contact the school thru call or text to schedule a visit for a short tour around the school.

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm.

You may download the Tuition Fee information and Requirements list from our Downloads Section.


Step 2

Drop by our school according to your scheduled visit with or without your child. During this meeting, the parents will learn about our school’s daily routine, the Montessori Method, school activities, and payment plan. The Montessori Directress will also ask a few questions about your child to get to know them better.

If you are interested, the Montessori Directress will fill out the Tuition Fee Assessment form to assess the fees of your child for the school year. Please keep the form as this is needed during enrollment.

*You may pay the reservation fee upfront to reserve a slot for your child. Our classroom space is limited and we highly value our low student-to-teacher ratio thus we only allow up to 10 students per level/class. If all the slots are taken, your child will be placed in the waiting list and will be advised when slots are open again.

Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable. However, this will be deducted from the initial fee once you pay your child’s tuition fee.


Step 3


Once the parents have decided to continue the enrollment, secure all the required documents (see Requirements List) and submit. An Enrollment Packet will be given for you to fill out. This includes the following (but not limited to):

  • Form 1A Registration Form for New Student or Form 1B Registration Form for Returning Students
  • Form 2TC Tuition Fee Contract
  • Form 3MA Medical Authorization Form

If your child has previous schooling, he or she will be scheduled for an Assessment (15 to 30 minutes oral assessment)


Step 4

Choose your Payment Option and pay the Initial Fee.


Step 5

Books, notebooks, uniforms etc. will be given during the first week of the school year.
